“If I had to describe my journey in one word, it would be evolution. Not always the easy or obvious kind, but one shaped by change, curiosity, and the courage to step out of my comfort zone.
My journey started in Audit, a world of structure, accountability, and high standards that shaped my critical thinking, ethics, and sense of responsibility. But along the way, I realized that what truly energized me was not only the result itself, but the people behind it, the conversations, the collaboration, and the opportunity to create impact in a more human way.
Moving into HR Consulting felt like a natural next step in my evolution. I carried forward the skills and mindset I had built, along with a growing belief that people are at the core of every successful organization. Over time, I became more curious about the human side of business: how the right talent, the right structures, and the right support can shape not only employee experience, but also business performance.
Today, through projects across Talent, HR Project Management, and Rewards, I work in a space that is both structured and human. The variety of my experience has shaped me into someone who can adapt quickly, understand different needs, and connect the dots across projects.
Teamwork is central to how I approach everyday work. I often see my journey at KPMG through the lens of a basketball team. You strive to give your best, to step up, and to play like an MVP while knowing that every win is built collectively. Sometimes you lead, sometimes you support, and sometimes you make space for others to shine. In the end, the real MVP is always the team.
What inspires me most are the people I work with, my teammates. They challenge me, support me, and remind me that growth is always more meaningful when it is shared.
And if I could go back and start again, I would choose the exact same path, because every step helped me become more adaptable, more open, and more connected to the kind of impact I want to create.”
