"I joined KPMG at the beginning of 2026 and from the very first days I understood that this is a dynamic, creative environment full of opportunities for growth and learning. There is constant interaction with people who are willing to guide you, share their experiences, and help you develop through your day-to-day work. From early on, I took on an active role in projects, participated in discussions, workshops and presentations, and felt that my perspective has value and space within the team. That sense of trust makes a real difference, especially when you are starting something new.

My role focuses on Customer Relationship Management projects related to digital transformation. What I enjoy most is that the work combines different ways of thinking: you need to understand the client’s needs, structure information, find solutions, and at the same time create an experience that is practical and meaningful for the end user.

The day-to-day work is very diverse, and that is something I genuinely appreciate. There are moments when I work closely with the team to design a new approach, others where I am in meetings with clients, and others where I try to turn complex needs into something simpler, clearer, and more functional. This constant shift between collaboration, problem-solving, and creative thinking is what keeps me engaged and makes each day different and interesting.

What I value most, however, are the people. There is a strong culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous feedback. You feel that you can ask questions, suggest ideas, experiment, and grow without the fear of making mistakes. For me, this is the most important element of a working environment.

Within this short period of time, I have already learned a great deal and continue to develop every day. And ultimately, that is what makes my experience at KPMG so meaningful: the feeling that each day I am building something new, both professionally and personally."
