"What initially attracted me to Deal Advisory was the dynamic nature of mergers, acquisitions, and transactions, as well as the way financial information influences important business decisions. I have always been interested in understanding how a business operates beyond the numbers and how its real performance and value are reflected within the context of a transaction. Through my role within the team, I have had the opportunity to actively participate in M&A projects, contributing to the analysis of financial data that supports risk assessment, the evaluation of earnings quality, and ultimately more informed investment decisions. At the same time, I was particularly drawn to the fact that this field provides exposure to different industries, companies, and transactions, which continuously enhances both learning and professional growth.
My first impression when joining the team was extremely positive. Even though it was my first professional experience, I immediately felt that I was in an environment surrounded by people who were willing to help and share their knowledge. The Managers and the team supported me significantly during my first steps, helping me adapt quickly. At the same time, they showed trust in me from an early stage by assigning me meaningful responsibilities and tasks, something that contributed both to faster learning and to building my confidence.
I believe that structure and organization are essential in a demanding and fast-paced environment like the one within my team. They help me manage my time effectively, prioritize correctly, and respond efficiently to multiple parallel tasks and tight deadlines.
What motivates me the most is continuous growth. I want to gain new knowledge, take on greater responsibilities, and continue developing professionally. I am quite an ambitious person, and this motivates me to give my best every day in order to achieve my goals.
That is why, in practice, I prioritize learning and continuous improvement rather than trying to have all the answers from the very beginning. In this way, I maintain my curiosity and willingness to learn, actively seek feedback, and continue growing through everyday experience."
