Today, on behalf of KPMG in Greece, I manage projects related to European initiatives and their implementation at both national and international level. In practice, this means coordinating international teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring that strategic directions are translated into tangible results. From multinational projects to collaborations with public sector organizations, the challenge is always the same: ensuring clarity, alignment, and meaningful impact.
One of the most critical aspects of my role is aligning stakeholders across different countries and institutional environments, often with competing priorities.
