My role in Tax Assurance is highly dynamic, and that is probably the part I enjoy most about my position as a Senior Manager. My day usually involves meetings with clients and close collaboration with my team, while at the same time requiring me to stay constantly up to date with tax, accounting, and audit developments in order to respond effectively to our clients’ needs. Every engagement is different, and that is what makes the role both demanding and interesting, as it requires organization, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt quickly.
In my interactions with both clients and colleagues, I always try to be authentic, consistent, and respectful. For me, communication and trust are the ‘key’ to strong and successful relationships. I want clients to feel that they have someone by their side who genuinely understands their needs and can support them whenever needed. Within my team, it is very important to me to foster an environment where everyone feels comfortable speaking up, sharing ideas, and developing professionally.
One of the aspects of my work that I enjoy the most is mentoring younger professionals and helping them discover their potential. The most important piece of advice I try to share is that professional growth comes from combining high standards with humanity and collaboration.
