The company KPMG Advisors Single Member S.A. with VAT number EL099551843 and Registration Number 003467701000 informs you that it has proceeded with a merger with its parent company KPMG Holding S.A.

KPMG Advisors Single Member S.A. has been absorbed by the parent company KPMG Holding S.A., which has been renamed to KPMG Advisors S.A. The process was completed on June 30, 2026.

Please update your records with our new corporate details below:

This change does not affect our existing contracts and cooperation agreements, which retain their validity under the same terms. The email addresses and postal address remain the same. Your contact persons and communication details in the company also remain unchanged. The bank account details of the Company remain unchanged.

Additionally, please take note of the following:

• From July 1st, 2026, all invoices will be issued with the above details of KPMG Advisors S.A. The old VAT number  EL099551843 is NO longer valid.
• For invoices dated until June 30th, 2026, there are no changes.
