Compiled from national student surveys from the world’s 12 largest economies, KPMG was ranked #12 among business students and #61 among Engineering and IT students on Universum’s World’s Most Attractive Employer (WMAE) Rankings.
KPMG is proud to be on FORTUNE's 100 Best Companies to Work For® marking the 13th appearance on the list. Each year, FORTUNE partners with the Great Place to Work to conduct the most extensive employee survey in corporate America to identify the country's top workplaces. Two-thirds of an organization's score is based on the results of a work environment survey sent to a random sample of its people. The other third is based on responses to a detailed questionnaire about pay and benefit programs and a series of open-ended questions about hiring practices, methods of internal communication, training, recognition programs, and diversity efforts.
In 2020, KPMG in the UK was named as the top-ranked professional services firm on the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index Top 100 rankings, recognizing progress on lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) equality in the workplace. KPMG has now been placed in the Top 100 for five years in a row.
KPMG China was named as a 'Top Employer' by China's Top Employers Institute for the second consecutive year. The award recognizes outstanding performance of employers across ten key areas, including talent strategy, learning development and employee welfare.
KPMG in Canada has been named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for the 14th year, specifically recognized for its commitment to mental health, as well as its parenting policies and support of working parents. KPMG in Canada was also recognized in 2020 as one of Canada’s Best Diversity Employers, Canada’s Top Employers for Young People, Canada’s Top Family-Friendly Employers, and separately for employer excellence in newcomer employment by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
Working Mother magazine ranked KPMG in the US in its 100 Best Companies for Working Mothers. It's the 23rd year it has been on the list, and it was inducted into the magazine's Hall of Fame in 2011. In a separate awards in 2019 it was also named as one of the Best Companies for Dads as well as Best Companies for Multicultural Women.
KPMG in Vietnam has again been ranked first amongst all financial services companies in the annual ‘Vietnam Best Places to Work’ survey by leading employer branding company Anphabe.
KPMG in Switzerland has been awarded the Top Employer 2020 certificate by the Top Employers Institute, a global organization that recognizes excellence in workplace conditions.
For the third year running, KPMG in the UK was named a champion of social mobility in 2019, finishing in the top two of the Social Mobility Employer Index since its inception. It is an acknowledgement of KPMG’s longstanding approach to embedding social mobility into the fabric of the firm; from its approach to community outreach, right through to recruitment, retention and progression strategies.
KPMG in India has been recognized amongst the Top 10 Best Companies for Women in India 2019 based on their efforts towards gender inclusion. Some of the areas where KPMG fared well are parental leaves, workforce profiling, company culture and management accountability.
KPMG in the UK has been ranked in 6th positon as one of The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers – following an annual survey of 19,000 final year university students in the country.
