KPMG China has launched the KPMG Collaboration Centre, a new, interactive web portal that provides our clients with a one-stop-shop solution to connect, communicate and share information with our audit teams.
Here are four ways KPMG Collaboration Centre helps clients to interact quickly and easily with our audit professionals and stay informed of the latest developments and insights:
1. Manage documents and communicate on one convenient platform
The KPMG Collaboration Centre portal brings client and KPMG team members together on one central collaborative platform. Upon logging into KPMG Collaboration Centre, clients instantly see an overview of information related to the audit. Clients can securely upload files and communicate with audit teams on specific issues – all from one convenient location. The level of access can also be differentiated based on the roles of each client and KPMG team member. This allows the right information to be distributed automatically to the right people.
2. Send large sized files quickly and securely
Clients need to securely send large amounts of data and files to KPMG during the course of an engagement. Through the KPMG Collaboration Centre portal, clients can conveniently upload data and files (up to 1 GB/each) related to the audit from any web-enabled device. Once uploaded, all documents are stored for the duration of the engagement in one secure, centralised location and are available to authorised KPMG team members 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Upon completion of the engagement, all client uploaded information is deleted in accordance with KPMG data policies.
