The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) serves as a global benchmark for organisations, encompassing various industry sectors and government entities, in managing and mitigating cybersecurity risks. Since the previous update with NIST CSF 1.1 in 2018, the framework has undergone a significant revision with the release of NIST CSF 2.0 in February 2024.
