Background

Effie is a Partner of KPMG Deal Strategy practice in China with 16 years of consulting experience in areas of strategy, deals, and management consulting. She focuses on providing end-to-end strategy to execution support across the deal lifecycle, including deal strategy, target screening, integrated due diligence, integration, and separation. She also has extensive experience in supporting large-scale transformation. She also has work and living experience in KPMG Germany/Switzerland.

Effie is currently leading the ESG in Deals and Value pillar in China. She connects and works with partners and professionals across key service teams in China Deal Advisory to integrate ESG into the entire deal lifecycle including: Low-carbon/Green deal strategy and M&A, ESG due diligence and valuation as well as ESG value creation across China Deal Advisory. She also has extensive experiences in advising leading corporate and financial investors in sustainable operating model assessment/ ESG due diligence on China investments.
