Q. Change is hard, how organisations can cultivate a transformation culture?
Change is inevitable in business, yet the forces that drive this change are often difficult to predict and respond to. This is why fostering a culture of honest and open communication should be at the heart of any transformation journey. A true partnership involves open communication across all business levels, not just the C-suite. This involves fostering an open culture about collaboration. It also involves a purpose-driven partnership where we consciously make room for thinking, talking, and taking action together across different functions.
Q. “Top-down” or “bottom-up” – who should lead a transformation?
Transformation is a journey that requires commitment at all levels. While leadership sets the vision and provides resources, it is equally crucial to consider the transformation through a bottom-up lens. Ultimately, new capabilities are only as effective as the people using them.
