Flexible working

At KPMG Switzerland, we want you to thrive, grow and succeed. This includes a number of flexible work styles that enable you to balance your career with life outside of work, boost your wellbeing and support you to live the lives you want to live.

      • Flex time

We empower our people to use flex time options such as taking additional holidays, working part-time even in higher-level roles, or the opportunity to work 100% in the busy season and use paid breaks or a lower workload e.g., 80% in between assignments where there is lower client demand.

      • Working from anywhere

Enjoy more flexibility with the option to work remotely in a number of countries for up to 10 working days per year. Foreign nationals may work the same number of days from their home country.

      • Hybrid working

Our hybrid model gives you the flexibility to work from the office, home, or client sites, in a way that empowers you to deliver exceptional work while fostering your personal wellbeing. Each setup is tailored to your role, work requirements, and personal preferences

      • Supporting Parents

We offer generous parental leave: 18 weeks of maternity leave and 4 weeks of paternity leave, both available within the first year after birth or adoption. Fathers can additionally request up to 2 months of unpaid leave.

To further support families, we partner with MS Sports to offer spots at camps for children aged 6 to15 during school holidays and provide additional guidance through our Parents Circle.
