On October 9, 2026 KPMG Inc. was appointed receiver and manager (the "Receiver") over the assets and undertakings of 1317297 B.C. LTD., 0929736 B.C. LTD. doing business as Winmar Fraser Valley, and 1178592 B.C. LTD. (collectively, the "Debtors"), pursuant to a court order of the Court of the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the "Order").
