Cost management: Responsible for the PMO set up of a transformation project involving the implementation of costing model for the principal entity responsible for Industrial Training in Brazil. The engagement scope covered more than 2 thousand training centers throughout the 27 states of Brazil

Finance transformation: Led a finance transformation project for a global mining company, which helped reposition the finance department as a strategic business partner, clearly defined the hand-offs between finance and the shared service organization and identified a number of significant changes to the finance structure, processes and utilization of IT systems

Share services: Pieter has assisted a global mining company with a number of projects focused on the incorporation within their shared service organization, the back office processes of a number of operating entities throughout Latin America, Africa and the Middle East and Australia. He was also responsible for a performance and compliance review of its contract management process and controls in Brazil and a number of back-office process improvement projects in its Brazilian shared service centre
