During this webinar, Olivier Vanneste and Alexis Ceuterick provided practical information about the various tax & legal aspects of hybrid working, such as labor law, the home working allowance and the provision of office equipment. Yves Demaeght, CHRO of KPMG Belgium, discussed how KPMG Belgium implemented a hybrid working policy during 2021. Jeroen Minoodt, HR Global Shared Service Director & HR BP Finance at Esko, a global company headquartered in Belgium, discussed the challenges Esko faced when implementing a hybrid working policy in 2021.

During this webinar, Tom Verté explained how to become a data-driven HR organization that can make better informed decisions to preserve and protect employee wellbeing in a hybrid working environment. The webinar covered topics such as: employee wellbeing, employee onboarding and employee performance. Stijn Nauwelaerts, Corporate VP HR Microsoft, shared Microsoft’s journey to becoming an even more data-driven HR organization and how Microsoft managed, measured and drove the Microsoft workforce based on data in a hybrid working environment.

During this webinar, Kristof Van Gucht and Kathleen Boogaerts focussed on the challenges and opportunities of working from anywhere (global mobility). The webinar covered topics such as: individual income tax, corporate income tax, social security, employment law, immigration, employee benefits, data protection, IT security and HR policy. Erik Mathys, Head of Total Rewards of the Etex Group, shared his experience and insights.

Valerie shared how the new telework policy of Fluvius was shaped, its impact on the way of working in terms of new skills requirements and leadership expectations as well as changes in the physical environment.
