During this webinar, Olivier Vanneste and Alexis Ceuterick provided practical information about the various tax & legal aspects of hybrid working, such as labor law, the home working allowance and the provision of office equipment. Yves Demaeght, CHRO of KPMG Belgium, discussed how KPMG Belgium implemented a hybrid working policy during 2021. Jeroen Minoodt, HR Global Shared Service Director & HR BP Finance at Esko, a global company headquartered in Belgium, discussed the challenges Esko faced when implementing a hybrid working policy in 2021.

Digital & data-driven HR (with insights from Microsoft)

 

During this webinar, Tom Verté explained how to become a data-driven HR organization that can make better informed decisions to preserve and protect employee wellbeing in a hybrid working environment.
