Steve will support our Audit practice across KPMG in Caricom where he will focus on Enterprise clients..
Steve has over 38 years of professional experience across the UK, Bermuda and the Caribbean. For the last 20 years he has been based in Bermuda and led KPMG Enterprise which provides assurance and advisory services to a wide range of local and international clients based in Bermuda outside of the reinsurance and banking sectors. He has acted as audit engagement leader for many of Bermuda’s most prestigious local businesses and internationally listed companies, as well as a number of international shipping, aircraft leasing and energy companies headquartered in Bermuda. Steve has also provided internal audit risk compliance, corporate governance and advisory services to several Bermuda organizations in the public and private sectors.
Steve was KPMG Bermuda’s Head of People and the Chair of KPMG’s Corporate Citizenship Committee. He was Treasurer of the Bermuda Zoological Society, one of the island's largest charities which supports the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo. He was also a Bermuda Chamber of Commerce Board Director.
