      Andrew is an audit practitioner with over 24 years’ experience in the profession. He is a practising member and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Nova Scotia. Prior to joining KPMG in 2015, Andrew ran his own small accounting firm for 10 years, providing audit, accounting and tax services to small and medium-sized businesses. He has presented on auditing and financial reporting standards in Barbados and throughout the region, and has served for six years as a member of the SME Implementation Group of the IFRS Foundation, having been appointed in 2010 as one of the inaugural members.
