With a proven track record in global tax regulations, cross-border tax planning, VAT, transfer pricing, and corporate tax compliance, Rizvan has successfully led high-performing teams and developed innovative solutions to enhance service offerings and drive revenue growth. He has advised top executives, including CEOs and senior government officials, on high-impact tax strategies, consistently delivering tailored solutions.

Rizvan is recognized for successfully managing complex, multi-jurisdictional projects. He created and leads a highly efficient, revenue-generating team positioning the firm as a leader in tax services, particularly in the oil & gas, energy sectors and PPP projects.  His experience includes significant cross-functional projects, such as feasibility studies and financial due diligence for major clients, and his contributions have been instrumental in the firm's strategic growth.  He also acts as legislator assisting clients to negotiate PSA and special agreement legislation with the government, as well as assisting government authorities in creating tax legal frameworks.
