Bob Yap oversees KPMG’s Deal Advisory across the Asia Pacific region. Bob also heads the Advisory and Forensic practices in KPMG in Singapore. As a specialist in restructuring services, Bob has taken leadership roles on a number of high profile restructuring deals. He is the lead liquidator of Lehman Brothers entities and MF Global entities. Experienced in forensic services with specialisms in fraud investigations, regulatory compliance services and dispute advisory services, Bob has directed and led forensic assignments for local and international organizations in the private and public sectors that cross multiple industries, including insurance, energy and utilities, electronics, engineering, pharmaceuticals, financial services, oil and gas, transportation and logistics.
