Nicole Medefindt

Nicole is a chartered accountant and experienced management consultant with over 19 years of professional experience. Her primary specialisation is in finance, particularly in assisting clients with their large finance transformational projects. She is part of the leadership team for KPMG’s Cloud enabled finance transformation solution called Powered Enterprise. She is responsible for coordinating and assisting with Powered sales pursuits, Powered project execution and training staff on the KPMG Powered approach and methodology.

Nicole is currently the project manager on a Powered Finance Microsoft D365 Cloud system implementation at a large Retailer within South Africa. KPMG is assisting the client to implement a leading practice Finance Target Operating Model (and perform a full finance transformation) enabled by Microsoft Cloud technology. In -scope Finance processes include Record to report, Order to cash, Source to pay and Acquire to Retire.
