Andrey joined KPMG in 2002, starting his career in the firm’s Moscow office. Since 2022, he has continued his professional career with KPMG in Tashkent.
Andrey has more than 20 years of experience in auditing the financial statements of Russian and international banks, payment systems, insurance companies, non-state pension funds, brokerage firms, and investment companies across the CIS region.
His professional expertise covers the audit and analysis of financial statements prepared in accordance with National Accounting Standards (NAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Andrey’s experience also includes providing advisory services and transaction support, leading projects on the development of methodologies for complex structured financial products, delivering IFRS training programs for banks, and participating in working groups of CIS banking institutions on the application of industry-specific accounting standards.
From 2016 to 2020, Andrey led the Financial Services Audit practice in Azerbaijan.
Throughout his professional career, Andrey has been involved in projects for leading financial institutions in Uzbekistan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, and Tajikistan.
