Legislation to temporarily extend through May 10, 2024, specific FAA programs

The U.S. Congress passed and the president signed into law H.R. 7454, the “Airport and Airway Extension Act of 2024”—legislation to temporarily extend through May 10, 2024, specific Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) programs and activities, as well as fuel and ticket taxes funding the airport and airway trust fund.
