Tax credit of 100% of the income tax (ISR) withheld on income from personal services

A decree published in the official gazette on 13 December 2023 grants to taxpayers affected by Hurricane Otis (with tax domicile in the municipalities of Acapulco de Juárez and Coyuca de Benítez, Guerrero) a tax credit of 100% of the income tax (ISR) withheld on income from personal services carried out in the affected areas during the months of October, November and December 2023, as well as January and February 2024, as long as they are registered in the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS).
