U.S. BIS adds entities to Export Administration Regulations (EAR) entity list

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) of the U.S. Department of Commerce today released for publication in the Federal Register a final rule amending the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by adding 13 entities to the “entity list” under the destinations of Russia (12) and Uzbekistan (1).
The entities have been determined by the U.S. government to be acting contrary to the national security or foreign policy interests of the United States.
