Increase of the payroll tax rate to 3% by 2024

The state congress in Coahuila on 31 October 2023 approved an increase of the payroll tax rate (impuesto sobre nómina—ISN) to 3% by 2024 (from 2%).

Currently, the reform is in the process of being sent to the executive of the state of Coahuila for its promulgation and publication in the official gazette.
