Amendments to decrees on transfer pricing reporting now effective
The decrees of the Minister of Finance amending the decrees on transfer pricing reporting related to corporate income tax and individual (personal) income tax became effective 16 September 2023.
The key goal of the amendments, which were initially published on 5 December 2022, is to revise the existing regulations to reflect the repeal of the provision on disclosure of information on so-called indirect haven transactions. Read TaxNewsFlash
The decrees also remove the indicator of the share of costs of operating activities with related entities in the operating costs of the entity.
The amendments apply to transfer pricing reports for tax years beginning after 31 December 2021.
