The tax authority (Servicio de Impuestos Nacionales) issued guidance—RND N°102300000030 (13 September 2023)—providing that:
- The deadline established in RND N°102000000029 for the presentation of affidavits and payment of tax obligations for the fiscal period of August 2023, for taxpayers whose NIT (número de identificación tributaria) ends in digits 0, 1 and 2, has been extended to 18 September 2023.
- The deadline remains unchanged for taxpayers whose NIT ends the digits 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9.
