The World Trade Organization (WTO) today issued two panel reports in cases brought by India and the United States.
- United States — Certain Measures on Steel and Aluminium Products (DS547)
- India — Additional Duties on Certain Products from the United States (DS585)
According to the WTO release, the panel reports provide a brief description of the disputes and note that solutions have been reached.

The United States and India in July 2023 notified the WTO that they had reached a mutually agreed solution to the matters raised in the two disputes.
