The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) today issued two Belarus-related general licenses.
- Belarus General License 8 [PDF 198 KB]—Authorizing the wind down of transactions involving joint stock company Byelorussian Steel Works Management Company of Holding Byelorussian Metallurgical Company
- Belarus General License 9 [PDF 197 KB]—Authorizing transactions related to civil aviation safety or the wind down of transactions involving open joint stock company Belavia Belarusian Airlines
Today’s OFAC release also announces that OFAC has updated its specially designated nationals (SDN) and blocked persons list.
