Accurate and comprehensive responses must be provided in the “Sample CRS Compliance Questi

The Inland Revenue Department of Saint Lucia issued an updated version (v7.0) of the common reporting standard (CRS) guidelines that edits the “Sample CRS Compliance Questionnaire” subsection to note that accurate and comprehensive responses must be provided in the questionnaire, as these answers will shape future compliance and outreach efforts.

Reporting entities yet to submit their questionnaire are advised to do so promptly. Entities that have previously filled out the questionnaire are not required to submit it again unless there has been significant changes or improvements that must be noted (Section 13.10).
