U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) this afternoon released for publication in the Federal Register a general notice announcing that CBP is adjusting certain customs user fees and corresponding limitations for fiscal year (FY) 2024.
According to today’s general notice [PDF 271 KB], the adjusted amounts of customs user fees and their corresponding limitations for FY 2024 (as listed in tables at the end of the notice) are effective beginning October 1, 2023.
