Ahead of Ways and Means hearing

The House Ways and Means Committee has scheduled a public hearing on BEPS 2.0 before the Subcommittee on Tax for July 19, 2023.

In advance of the hearing, the staff of the Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) released a document that describes the legal and economic background on the U.S. taxation of cross-border activities.
