The tax authority (Servicio de Impuestos Nacionales) issued guidance— RND No. 102300000011 (dated 31 March 2023)—that provides the following:

  • Alignment of the registration and modification procedures to the National Digital Biometric Taxpayer Register (PBD-11)
  • Modification of Article 5 of RND Nº 10-0009-11
  • Modification of Article 6 of RND Nº 10-0009-11, procedure for modifying data in the PBD
  • Amendment to Article 18 of RND No. 10-0009-11
  • Modification to numeral 5 of Article 18 of RND Nº 10-0009-11
  • Amendment to Article 21 of RND No. 10-0009-11
  • Modification to numeral 5 of Article 22 of RND Nº 10-0009-11
  • Modification to numeral 6 of Article 22 of RND No. 10-0009-11
