Changes to the retail sales tax on home insurance and physical activity tax credit

Newfoundland and Labrador

The 2023 provincial budget for Newfoundland and Labrador was delivered 23 March 2023.

While the budget does not include any new changes to the corporate or individual (personal) tax rates, it would permanently eliminate the retail sales tax on home insurance and would double the physical activity tax credit, among other changes.
