The tax authority of Liechtenstein issued an updated version of the compression tool guide for the common reporting standard (CRS) bulk reporting.

The guidance replaces an older version, and includes the following information:

  • System requirements and steps to download the current version of the software are provided.
  • The tax administration’s automatic exchange of information (AEOI) reporting portal can only be used to submit AEOI bulk reports in zip file format zipped previously with the compression tool.
  • Further information related to instructions for CRS reporting is available on the AIA homepage under the section “Hilfsmittel.”
