The tax authority (Servicio de Impuestos Nacionales) issued guidance—RND No. 102200000024 (10 November 2022)—to establish the fourth group of taxpayers that must adapt and implement their billing information systems, and as of 1 April 2023 issue digital tax documents through the assigned online billing modality.
The annex to the resolution contains a list of taxpayers according to their tax identification number (número de identificación tributaria—NIT) and the online billing modality assigned to each of them.
