The Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice dismissed—with one dissenting opinion—an action challenging the principle of territoriality of interest from investments made abroad as unconstitutional because it violates the constitutional principles of “economic capacity” and “legality of taxation.”

The complete text of the decision is not yet available, so the Constitutional Chamber’s analysis and considerations in dismissing the action have not been confirmed.
