The Federal Reserve Board (Federal Reserve) released proposed revisions to its Regulation HH (Designated Financial Market Utilities) and its Policy on Payment System Risk (PSR Policy) on January 10, 2014. As proposed, the revisions are intended to make the guidance consistent with standards in the April 2012 Principles for Financial Market Infrastructures (PFMI) that was developed jointly by the Committee on Payment and Settlement Systems and the Technical Committee of the International Organization of Securities Commissions
