Bob is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Mergers & Acquisition Tax group based in New York. He has more than 25 years of experience in tax planning and structuring of transactions for multinational corporations and financial institutions.

Bob is primarily responsible for supporting the firm’s Client Engagement teams and  Complex Transaction Group by developing and maintaining a presence with  multinational corporations and financial services institutions that are active participants in the capital markets. Bob also leads the firm's Blockchain related business development efforts for tax services including structuring and advising on  client's Initial Coin Offerings. Bob’s experience in identifying opportunities,  developing financial solutions and maintaining sustainable contact with Chief Tax  Officers and Senior Executives position him to deliver the firm’s expertise to these  clients. Bob has extensive experience with a wide range of complex tax matters relating to his clients’ businesses resulting in the execution of multibillion dollar  financing and investment transactions. Bob’s professional experience includes  various senior front office positions in investment banking, most recently as a  Managing Director and Co-Head of the US Structured Capital Markets group at  Barclays. Prior to that, Bob was a Managing Director in JP Morgan’s Capital  Structure Advisory and Solutions Group. Earlier, he was an Executive Director in the  Global Structured Products Group at UBS, and head of Corporate Tax-America’s  Region for Swiss Bank Corporation. Bob’s current and past clients include global leaders in the financial services, energy and information technology industries.
