Janet serves as the National Leader of the Venture Capital Life Sciences practice. She has over 30 years of experience providing audit and accounting services. She specializes in serving pre-clinical and clinical, venture-backed, life sciences companies from Series A financing through IPO and secondary offerings. Janet’s technical experience includes IPO’s and secondary offerings, convertible securities debt and equity transactions, share based compensation, research and development arrangements, and collaboration arrangements. Janet’s professional experience also extends internationally as she has served a rotation in KPMG’s Melbourne, Australia office.
