Engagement experience

  • As the Source to Contract workstream lead for a large State and Local government entity looking to replace an outdated incumbent solution, she focused on evaluating and interpreting the current purchasing code to create the base for future state procurement processes. She worked on designing a new system, Ivalua, to meet with their desire for a best in class purchasing solution. Facilitating design workshops and managing UAT were a few of the key roles she played during the implementation. Setting up a solid framework for future purchasing, redesigning a commodity structure, as well as, creating a comprehensive supplier enablement strategy were important factors in the preliminary project delivery.
  • A large global manufacturing company required a new procurement system, Ivalua, to manage both direct and indirect spend categories. With their desire to move to a single platform, she focused on the direct side of the business, designing a new process that will manage the source to pay lifecycle. This new process will provide greater visibility of activities and spend from the sourcing event to contract creation and management to PO creation and payment. Creating a seamless and intuitive system design for the end user was key and the most important factor of this implementation.
  • A global pharmaceutical company had a complex landscape of technologies and manual procurement processes which were not clearly defined or user friendly. A new procurement system, Coupa, provided an opportunity to optimize and automate the Source to Order process to better manage their indirect spend. As the Configuration Lead, she focused on overall project management, global system design, facilitated workshops to improve business process, and conducted end user training delivery.
