He has successfully delivered solutions across most industries with a primary focus in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) and Financial Services. He truly excel in highly sophisticated organizations, compressing large issues in manageable solutions and facilitating collaboration across teams. His current and past clients include some of the leading entities in the financial services, telecommunications and global consulting industries.

Recent engagements

  • Led a delivery team working with a large telecommunications company to develop a tactical execution plan to expand their IoT footprint and capabilities for domestic and international enterprise and consumer customers. This effort included development of a $10B global business case, roadmap for MVNO operations, management of RFP’s for MVNE supplier selection, transformation of their billing platforms to design for IoT products and services, new product development and coordination suppliers delivery of the solutions.  
  • Led delivery team working closely with the clients Internet of Things (IoT) business and IT organizations to deliver functionality to support the launch of their new connected car, industrials and wearable’s products and services. This effort included working with business leadership to strategize the service offering and engage IT delivery teams to design and deliver solutions to support telematics and infotainment services for both automotive and wearable device partners.
  • Led an engagement team for the development of a new product offering for a large telecommunications organization. These activities included working with senior client stakeholders to establish a Program Management Office, management of a $110M+ development portfolio, product roadmap development, IT infrastructure design, application solution design, communication planning and overall project management. The program leveraged both waterfall and Agile development methodologies.
