Prior to joining KPMG, Jim was with PwC Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) for over 12 years. He was the U.S. Aerospace and Defense strategy practice leader for Strategy&. Jim also spent 10 years at Boeing with roles in engineering, operations, and program management. He also spent two years with Berkeley Space Sciences Laboratory where he assisted in design and manufacture of ultra-violet sensors for space-based observation. Jim also had a short tenure with Toyota Financial Services in the Treasury group as a Senior Derivatives Analyst.
Jim earned a MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a MS in Engineering from UCLA (he was a Hughes Fellowship recipient for his MS in Engineering). Jim’s undergraduate degree is from the University of California Berkeley with a BS degree in Engineering. Jim is also a U.S. Army veteran.
