Russell leads KPMG’s Operational Excellence team, who deliver Lean and performance improvement programmes in healthcare. His previous experience includes working as a clinician in a specialist orthopaedic centre and subsequently the private sector followed by internal roles overseeing programme managing hospital service improvement work, strategy work and commercial development.
