Effective 1 August 2023, Marc Leubner, Partner at KPMG in Slovakia, has been appointed as leader of our Deal Advisory service team. Supporting him, Miroslav Talian will lead our specific M&A service offering. These changes reflect the Firm’s commitment to providing top-tier expertise within its advisory offerings and ensuring continued success in the Slovak marketplace and beyond.

Marc Leubner
Marc Leubner, Head of Deal Advisory, joined KPMG in Slovakia in 1997 and since 2004 has been leading engagements within the Deal Advisory team. He has almost twenty years of experience advising both local and international companies on the purchase or sale of businesses in Slovakia and abroad.
Miroslav Talian
Miroslav Talian, leading our M&A service line, joined KPMG in Slovakia in 2009. He has been working closely with Stano Šumský for many years, leading projects for Slovak businesses looking to exit, attract new capital or to expand abroad, with a special focus on the energy, industrial and agricultural sectors.
