      The Swedish company Nefab Group, a global provider of sustainable industrial packaging solutions and logistics and digital services, has successfully completed the acquisition of the Slovak company Vallos, a specialist in the development and the production of industrial custom designed packaging especially for the automotive, engineering and electrotechnical industry. The transaction represents another strategic step in Nefab Group’s long‑term expansion strategy aimed at strengthening its presence in Slovakia as well as in the CEE region.

      Through this acquisition, Nefab expands its manufacturing capabilities, local and regional presence, and ability to provide customers with inovative, sustainable, and tailor‑made packaging solutions while also boosting Nefab's ability to support customers in critical sectors such as Lithium-ion Batteries (LiB), Datacom, and Energy.
