Pavol is an internal audit professional with over 15 years of experience leading global internal audit engagements, managing teams, and conducting fraud investigations. He has a proven track record of developing policies, manuals, and implementing best practices to enhance organizational efficiency.

Pavol was responsible for preparing and implementing annual risk-oriented audit plans, resource planning, supervising audit engagements, overseeing follow-up activities for business improvements, and communicating with top management and HQ executives.

He is an experienced Internal Auditor with extensive expertise in conducting audits in production companies across various areas such as Accounting, Credit Control, Sales, Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Spare Parts Warehouse, HR, and Capital Expenditures.

His expertise also includes operational due diligence, benchmarkings, and providing consulting services.

Pavol holds the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). He earned his Master’s degree from the University of Economics Bratislava, Faculty of National Economy.

Pavol joined KPMG in Slovakia in 2024.
