Marc has been with KPMG in Slovakia since 1997. From 1997 to 2004, Marc was part of the Assurance Group of KPMG in Slovakia and later on in the US providing audit services to a number of clients in various industries.
Upon his return from the States in 2004, Marc joined the Deal Advisory team and has since been advising local and international companies on either selling or buying companies in Slovakia including performing due diligence investigations, and SPA advisory services. He is also one of the co-authors of the handbook „Innovations and Trends in M&A“ discussing recent trends in purchase price mechanisms in share purchase agreements and is an active lecturer on M&A related topics.
