Sona also specializes in job grading and pay transparency, helping companies design fair and competitive compensation structures aligned with market standards and regulatory expectations. She also brings extensive experience in HR due diligence projects, contributing to strategic decision-making during mergers, acquisitions, and organizational transformations.
Alongside her advisory role, Sona serves as the Head of Alumni Relations, where she maintains relationships with former employees, fostering an engaged and active alumni network.
Before transitioning into HR Advisory, Sona spent four years in Deal Advisory, concentrating on financial due diligence and supporting clients through complex mergers and acquisitions.
