Milan serves as a Director at KPMG, focusing on energy strategy, regulation, and the public sector. He advises public authorities, regulators, energy companies, and energy-intensive industries on energy market design, infrastructure investments, energy security, and the preparation of large-scale strategic energy projects, including nuclear energy.
His work combines strategic and regulatory thinking with a strong technological and analytical background. He has hands-on experience with ETRM implementations and the use of advanced data models and machine-learning methods for scenario building, forecasting, and decision-making frameworks in energy. He critically assesses the assumptions, limitations, and systemic implications of market mechanisms and technological solutions for both public policy and commercial decision-making.
He gained his experience in top-tier advisory firms as well as in the public sector and actively contributes to expert and public debates on the future of energy in Slovakia and the Central and Eastern European region.
